Carriage on all deliveries within mainland Britain is charged at £12 up to the total order weight of 30kgs unless stated below.
For orders in excess of 30kgs or for deliveries outside of mainland Britain, an additional delivery charge will apply. Please place your order and choose 'Other' as your payment method. When we receive your order we will contact you with confirmed delivery costs, and request payment. You will have the option to cancel your order at this point. Alternatively please contact us for a carriage quotation prior to placing your order.
Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Channel Islands are outside of mainland Britain.

A special note about the delivery of furniture items:
Carriage costs will depend on the quantity of items ordered and the location, please call for a quotation. Our furniture items, including our sort units, are delivered to the ground floor delivery point of your building. If you have other requirements, please specify this when requesting your carriage quote. All installations are charged at cost - please call for details.
Returns
We shall accept the return of standard, unprinted Products within 7 days, by mutual agreement. Products shall be returned at your expense and a handling charge of 20% will be applied to all Products returned. If we find the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
